Parish Council meetings will continue to take place between councillors by electronic means, currently on the Zoom platform. Members of the public are welcome to attend. Contact the parish clerk for further details. From the May 2021 meeting all meetings will be held in the Vicotry Hall, Tower Hill, Stogursey. The start time is usually, unless they are preceded by any presentations which will commence at 19:00, 19:15 for the public forum and 1930 for the full parish council meeting.

Meetings commence with the Public Forum at 7.15pm, followed by the Parish Council meeting at 7.30pm unless otherwise notified (normally to accommodate presentations by external bodies etc which commence at 19:00).
The meetings are usually held at the Victory Hall on the second Tuesday of the month, unless otherwise notified.
OPENNESS OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT BODIES REGULATIONS 2014
On 6 August 2014, the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 was amended by the Openness of Local Government Bodies Regulations 2014. The amended 1960 Act provides that a person may not orally report or comment about a meeting as it takes place if he is present at the meeting of the parish council or its committees but otherwise may:
- Film, photograph or make an audio of a meeting;
- Use any other means for enabling persons not present to see or hear proceedings at a meeting as it takes place or later;
