Parish Council meetings will be held in the Victory Hall, Tower Hill, Stogursey and may be recorded by the Parish Clerk.

Public Participation at Parish Council Meetings

14 May 2024 to be preceded by the Annual Meeting

Meetings commence with presentations at 7.00pm, Public Forum at 7.15pm, followed by the Parish Council meeting at 7.30pm unless otherwise notified (normally to accommodate presentations by external bodies).
OPENNESS OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT BODIES REGULATIONS 2014
On 6 August 2014, the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 was amended by the Openness of Local Government Bodies Regulations 2014. The amended 1960 Act provides that a person may not orally report or comment about a meeting as it takes place if he is present at the meeting of the parish council or its committees but otherwise may:
- Film, photograph or make an audio of a meeting;
- Use any other means for enabling persons not present to see or hear proceedings at a meeting as it takes place or later;
